Your chiropractor will give you a recommended schedule to stick to get the best results possible, and missing or delaying appointments can slow down your progress.

Missing appointments can also lead to losing your momentum, and makes things harder to change down the track. Imagine if a doctor prescribes you antibiotics for an infection, but you only take some of them, the infection might come back, or worsen.
