Dr Tara is a dedicated chiropractor who is passionate about improving the lives of those around her through chiropractic care. Dr Tara first realised her interest in the body after studying anatomy and neuroscience subjects while at Melbourne University. She then discovered her passion for helping people feel their best without the need for medications or complicated surgeries and began her studies in Chiropractic at RMIT, graduating in 2018.
Dr Tara has an interest in helping all members of the family improve on their health and live their lives at their full potential. She has helped patients of all sorts, ranging from those with headaches and back pain, desk workers to tradies, and has a keen interest in helping pregnant patients throughout pregnancy and post-partum.
Tara uses different types of adjusting to ensure that each individuals care is specific to their needs. She is able to use a range of Chiropractic techniques, including manual adjusting, drop piece, activator, blocks, low force techniques and gives exercises and stretches to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.
Tara grew up in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and has now been living in Geelong since 2019. She has worked at multiple clinics across the Bellarine and Melbourne, including Point Cook, Tarneit and Werribee, and is now enjoying working closer to home.
When Tara isn’t practicing, you will find her enjoying being outdoors with her husband and daughter or cooking up a storm in the kitchen

Mitchell is the principle chiropractor, and co-founder of Chiropractic Health. He has a keen interest in diagnosing and managing neck pain, lower back pain and headaches, and has helped thousands of people with these conditions.

At a young age, Dr Terence was first exposed to chiropractic due to his parents receiving regular chiropractic adjustments for their chronic neck and back pain. Seeing his parents benefit greatly from this, his interest in chiropractic began.
Joanna is a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant here at Chiropractic Health. With aspirations of becoming a chiropractor herself, Joanna is currently immersed in her studies, constantly expanding her knowledge and skills in this specialised field.
