Chiropractic Health Grovedale is located on the busy Torquay Rd 300m down from the Grovedale Pub, and behind the Sandstone Café. Look for our huge flag and sign out the front, and enter the carpark between the 2 big palm trees. We are on the left if you are driving to Torquay or Armstrong Creek from Geelong, and are opposite the new dentist building on the corner. The end of Peter’s Street is also opposite to us.
At Chiropractic Health, we focus on providing quality, individualised care for each of our patients. During your first visit, we will take a complete health history and conduct a thorough examination. We may also order X-rays or other diagnostic tests if needed. Based on our findings, we will develop a customised treatment plan to address your specific needs.
Chiropractic adjustments are a key part of our treatment approach. These gentle, precise movements help restore normal function to the spine and other joints in the body. Adjustments can also relieve nerve compression and improve circulation.
In addition to chiropractic adjustments, we give stretches and exercises when appropriate, and can help with core and spinal strengthening as well. We may also provide guidance on lifestyle and nutrition to help you live a healthier, happier life.
Chiropractic care is a natural, drug-free way to help your body heal and function at its best. By correcting alignment issues and improving nerve function, chiropractic care can boost your overall health and well-being. Chiropractors can also detect some issues in the spine and body before they manifest into pain or discomfort.
Some common conditions that a chiropractor can help with include back pain, neck pain, headaches, and joint pain. Our chiropractors also regularly see people with TMJ issues, shoulder and hip pain, people wanting to improve their posture, people who are pregnant, and people who want their body to perform at its best
Yes, a chiropractor can help you realign your posture by gently manipulating your spine into its proper position. This can help ease back pain and improve your overall mobility. When joints in your spine are stuck, or simply not moving as well as they can, this can load parts of your spine and body more. This can create tight and weak muscles, as well as postural distortions. Having poor posture can lead to a range of issues, and can even prevent as conditions such as knee and ankle pain.
